Our guarantee If you're not satisfied with your cooling mat, contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@comfibark.com and we'll make it right with a replacement or a full refund.
How to start a return Email hello@comfibark.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.
Damaged or defective items If your mat arrives damaged or defective, send us a photo within 30 days and we'll ship a free replacement or issue a full refund — no need to send anything back.
Refunds Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. Original shipping (if any) is non-refundable.
Return shipping For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we cover everything.
Non-returnable Used or washed items may not be eligible for a full refund unless they arrived defective.
