Products & pricing We do our best to display our products, colours, and prices accurately. Prices and availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct errors and to refuse or cancel any order.

Orders Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it. A confirmation email means we've received your order, not that it's guaranteed — occasionally we may cancel and refund (e.g., an item is out of stock or a pricing error occurred).

Payment Payment is processed securely at checkout via Shopify Payments and PayPal. You confirm you're authorized to use the payment method provided.

Shipping & returns Delivery and returns are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy, which form part of these Terms.

Limitation of liability Comfibark is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our products or Site, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Our products are comfort accessories and are not a substitute for veterinary care; always monitor your pet in hot weather.

Governing law: These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights in your country of residence.

Changes We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site means you accept the current version.
