At Comfibark, we ship all orders from our UK-based warehouse so your dog gets cool comfort fast.

Processing time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Shipping time & cost

• Free shipping on all orders.
• Estimated delivery: 4–6 business days within the United Kingdom after processing.
• We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

Tracking As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it to your door.

Delays Occasionally, carrier or weather delays happen outside our control. If your order hasn't arrived within 8-10 business days, email us at hello@comfibark.com and we'll make it right.

Wrong address Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer, but we'll always try to help.
